Return Policy
At Banu, we want you to love your pieces. If something is not right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn
Unused
In original packaging
In the same condition they were received
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and product protection reasons, the following items are final sale:
Sale items
Gift cards
Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Banu is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your eligible piece and place a new order.
